We have partnered with MHFA to offer the Mental Health First Aid Course as part of our programme.
This course gives your the skills to tackle your own mental health as well as giving you confidence to speak to other about the topic of mental health.
The Stress-Less Coach course is for individuals in the health, wellness, medical and fitness sector to further their knowledge with practical skills to improving your mental and physiological health.
What they will learn will give them a clear structure to helping an individual analyse their stress resilience, understand and manipulate the body's reaction to stress, improve their mindfulness and develop a good balance between physical exercise and physiological rest.
