Heart Rate Variability (HRV)  is the physiological phenomenon of variation in the time interval between heartbeats. It is measured by the variation in the beat-to-beat interval and give an accurate insight into how much recovery the body has had from stress.

We experience stress from different places: Mental, Physical, Nutritional, Emotional and Environmental. 

An overload of stress within the body occurs when our body does not recover effectively.

We have partnered with MHFA to offer the Mental Health First Aid Course as part of our programme.

This course gives your the skills to tackle your own mental health as well as giving you confidence to speak to other about the topic of mental health.

Our Accreditation: The Stress-Less Coach Course

For Professionals

The Stress-Less Coach course is for individuals in the health, wellness, medical and fitness sector to further their knowledge with practical skills to improving your mental and physiological health. 

What they will learn will give them a clear structure to helping an individual analyse their stress resilience, understand and manipulate the body's reaction to stress, improve their mindfulness and develop a good balance between physical exercise and physiological rest.


The Stress-Less Coach course is a combination of 4 different modules:

  • Physiological Analysis - You will become a Physiological Recovery Specialist. We give you technology to help bio-hack your way to a healthy lifestyle. The two main software we use help to analyse physiological recovery from Heart Rate Variability and EEG brain scans to see if your mind is active, neutral or calm during meditation.


  • Youthful Movement Principles - We believe that when we were children (2-11) that this is when the majority of humans moved their best and our intrinsic way of being. So our programmes are designed in a way which restores back this movement capability (OR EXPANDS IT) which has been lost by habitual unconscious poor movement patterns coincided with lack of movement (sedentary lifestyle).


  • Breath-work - The power of breath has been the most under-utilised weapon against stress. We inherently know that if we feel angry, we should take a deep breath and this asset can help us many other scenarios. We give you the most up to date scientifically proven techniques to reduce stress, increase recovery and regulate your state.


  • Mental Health First Aid - You will take the 2 day Mental Health First Aid Course.  Mental health education empowers people to care for themselves and others. By reducing stigma through understanding, we hope to break down barriers to the support that people may need to stay well, recover, or manage their symptoms – to thrive in learning, work and life.
