Stress-Less presents The Stress-Less Clinic
The Stress Resilience Workshop was designed by Stress-Less Fitness to help people create a healthy balance between stress and relaxation/restoration.
We all know that juggling our day to day lives can be stressful. We hear stories of excessive stress, burnout and mental health problems.
But I may have the solution. Using our scientifically proven device and effective series of workshops, we can now measure and increase mental calmness using our CALM score.
To increase the CALM score, our series of workshops will have two goals:
1. Increasing relaxation to bring a parasympathetic response in the body
We predominately achieve this with mindfulness meditation/relaxation. We have a device which relays an auto-feedback output which an objective view on the calmness of their mind. From this, we can set improvement goals and track progress
2. Increasing the resilience to high levels of stress with controlled low levels of stress
This comes from the philosophy of Ori Hofmelker who studied stress resilience for many years. From his findings he concluded that low frequent bouts of stress yielded a higher resilience to stress, if the right conditions are present.

NOTE: Our workshops will typically run through lunchtime with an added option of private consultations scheduled throughout the day to offer one-to-one support.
