Who is Stress-Less Fitness?
The benefits of physical fitness have been proven time and time again. More recently, studies are showing the importance and benefit of combining physical activity with mental wellbeing.
At Stress-Less, we have understood the importance of connecting physical and mental fitness for years.
It stems from our Founder Michael Adu. Having experienced mental vulnerabilities and physical insecurities, he was able to overcome these obstacles by working on his body and mind simultaneously.
He now uses a blend of mental fitness training and physical coaching, and the latest in technology, to achieve an optimal mental and physical state.
Using his techniques, Stress-Less Fitness was formed and has helped hundreds of people improve their mental, physical and nutritional health nationwide.
